WMS report migration delivered and operational in Qlik
Existing Qlik datasets and dashboards were migrated from the legacy LSP WMS to the new NYCE environment. Reporting functionality was extended and handover documentation was delivered to the internal WMS team.

Vos Logistics is an international logistics service provider that relies on a warehouse management system for major clients. Moving from the legacy LSP platform to NYCE created a clear reporting challenge: existing Qlik reports and dashboards had to move with it without disrupting continuity for key customers.
This was not a simple lift and shift. The reporting layer had to be reconnected to the new WMS environment, expanded where needed and documented in a way the internal team could manage afterwards.
The challenge
All Qlik datasets and dashboards built on the old LSP system had to be connected to NYCE, using Microsoft SQL Data Warehouse as the underlying source. At the same time, additional reporting functionality was needed for major clients and the outcome had to remain transferable to the WMS team.
Blackbear's role
Blackbear helped define the assignment tightly around the WMS reporting domain, without expanding into broader BI or business process changes. From there, the work was structured around report migration, database integration and phased delivery, with each stage reviewed before the next moved forward.
Result
The migrated datasets and dashboards are now running in the NYCE environment with the required database connections in place. The internal WMS team also has the documentation needed to manage the reporting independently and extend it to other clients over time.
