NRF places a strong focus on operational quality. When several procurement processes required attention at the same time, spanning strategy development, supplier selection and compliance monitoring, there was a clear need for someone who could integrate quickly and contribute from day one.
Procurement touches multiple departments at once. That breadth makes it difficult to safeguard quality, timelines and regulatory compliance without dedicated expertise, especially when internal capacity is stretched.

NRF needed targeted support to manage and improve a range of procurement processes. The scope covered both operational execution and strategic guidance, with strong attention to compliance requirements and effective stakeholder alignment.

Based on that scope, a specialist was engaged with relevant experience in comparable organisations and a strong background in stakeholder management and regulatory frameworks.
