FITZ Pensioen & Leven developed a new market proposition for pension and life insurance products. The strategic message was clear, but translating it into a visually clear and commercially deployable explainer video had not been done internally before.


The challenge
It wasn't just about creating an attractive video. The proposition needed to be clearly explained to a broad audience: why it matters, what customers gain from it, and how FITZ makes a difference. Without experience in video concept development and production, the company faced a time-consuming process with external agencies unfamiliar with the insurance context, or a result that wouldn't align with commercial ambitions.


Role of Blackbear
Blackbear defined the assignment as a tightly managed video project: from storyboard to approved final product. A content and project specialist with experience in visual proposition translation was assigned, who mastered both the creative concept and production. This made it possible to move directly to execution without extensive briefing rounds or external creative agencies.

Within six weeks, FITZ delivered a professional explainer video that clearly explains the proposition, fits within the brand identity, and is immediately deployable across marketing and distribution channels.
