Faber Groep is an international family business that has grown worldwide. This growth necessitated a transition to a new HR system: HiBob. An implementation with impact on all HR processes, data, and users within the organization.


The challenge
The implementation required someone who not only understood the new system but could also retrieve the right data from internal departments, keep stakeholders informed, and drive progress. This capacity, in combination with system knowledge, was lacking internally. Without structure, the migration would result in polluted data, unclear processes, and dissatisfied users, a weak foundation for future HR policy.


Role of Blackbear

A specialist with HiBob experience was assigned, who made the implementation manageable and ensured that technical and organizational components were properly aligned.


Result
After six months, HiBob was fully operational with clean, reliable data and optimized HR processes. Stakeholders were informed, and the organization could continue to grow on a future-proof system, without dependence on individuals or loose workarounds.
