Bosch Home Comfort is a leading provider of heating and climate solutions, operating through an extensive network of wholesale partners. Staying on top of inventory movements across that network is critical, in a market where availability and timing directly shape commercial outcomes.

The insight was there in principle, but extracting, consolidating and distributing the data each week required considerable manual effort. Time that could not be spent on analysis or decision-making.

The challenge

Bosch Home Comfort needed to fully automate its weekly process of collecting, structuring and sharing inventory data, across multiple wholesale portals simultaneously, and without requiring any technical knowledge from end users.

Result

The delivered automation script retrieves weekly inventory data from more than six wholesale portals and consolidates it into a structured Excel file with filtering options by article, customer and period. The solution is ready to use for internal staff without a technical background and comes with a user guide. Bosch now has access to timely, structured market intelligence that enables faster and better-informed responses to inventory developments across the wholesale channel.
