RH Marine is a leading supplier of maritime systems and electrical installations for the defence, offshore and shipbuilding sectors. The organisation manages complex projects in which dozens of cable and system installations run simultaneously, spread across multiple spaces and systems on board vessels.

Keeping track of progress across all of those workstreams was a real challenge. Project managers and engineers needed a way to see at a glance where each project stood, where delays were emerging, and how efficiently work was being carried out per compartment.

The challenge
There was no structured, visual way to translate installation data into actionable steering information. The underlying data existed, but not in a form that supported day to day project monitoring and decision making.
