RESPECT Wonen Zorg Welzijn is a social-purpose organisation combining housing, care and welfare for people who need it most. There is no shortage of compelling stories within the organisation, about its people, the care it delivers, and what it stands for as an employer. But the day-to-day demands of running a care organisation leave little room to translate those stories into a consistent online presence.

In a sector where the labour market is tight and employer reputation carries increasing weight, the need for a structured, engaging presence on LinkedIn had become hard to ignore. That requires more than the occasional post, it calls for editorial rhythm, sharp writing and a genuine feel for the target audience.

The challenge

With internal teams under pressure, the capacity to take on content creation in a sustained and structured way simply wasn't there. What was needed was a specialist who could work independently, align quickly with HR and communications, and bring LinkedIn activity up to a level that matched the organisation's ambitions.

Blackbear's role

Working closely with RESPECT, the brief was sharpened into a clear deliverable: what should the content achieve, for whom, and how would success be measured? A Content Creation Expert was selected on the basis of proven experience in care and public-sector communication. Throughout the engagement, progress was monitored to ensure the work remained aligned with communication objectives and that internal stakeholders stayed connected to the content calendar.

Result

Over the course of the assignment, at least two LinkedIn posts were published each week with a consistent tone of voice. Engagement — measured through likes, views and responses grew noticeably, and formats and templates were documented so that the momentum built during the project could be sustained beyond the final milestone.
