Implementing HiBob with external HR project coordination
HiBob was successfully implemented at Faber Groep, from data cleansing through to stakeholder alignment. The system is now live, the HR data is in order and the core processes are running.

Work location
Hybrid
Faber Groep wanted to professionalise its HR operations and had chosen HiBob as its new HR system. The implementation itself was clear, but the internal capacity to carry it alongside day to day HR work was limited.
This was not just a tooling change. Data quality, process setup and coordination across HR, IT and management all had to come together at the right pace to make the transition work.
The challenge
HiBob had to be configured, filled with reliable HR data and aligned with the organisation’s existing processes. That meant cleaning up source data, collecting missing information from multiple departments and keeping the relevant stakeholders engaged throughout the rollout.
Blackbear's role
Blackbear helped define the scope tightly from the start. The focus stayed on implementation and data migration, while policy work, custom builds and operational HR tasks remained outside scope. From there, the project was structured in monthly delivery blocks around needs analysis, data preparation, rollout coordination and progress reporting.
Result
HiBob is now fully operational within Faber Groep. HR data has been cleansed and entered correctly, key processes are configured in the system and the relevant stakeholders have signed off. The HR team can now use the system in daily practice without further external dependency.
