Industry International operates in the energy sector, with a commercial focus on large infrastructure projects linked to the energy transition. As the pipeline of green hydrogen projects in Europe expanded, the sales team needed sharper market intelligence to support focused outreach.

The issue was not finding projects in general. The real work lay in identifying who was involved, what stage each project had reached and which contact person could actually be approached. In a fast moving market, that kind of research quickly becomes time intensive.


The challenge
For 27 upcoming hydrogen production projects, the team needed verified insight into project status, asset owners, EPC firms and OEM suppliers. Each project also required at least one relevant contact person in a role connected to procurement, project delivery or technical decision making.
