First, a big thank you to all professionals for your patience and cooperation during the recent downtime. We truly appreciate your support while we worked on improving the platform. Today, we’re excited to launch a new and improved version of the platform, designed to make your experience more seamless, transparent, and efficient.

This release includes important updates to project structure, the application process, contract management, and payment handling.

📌 Statements of Work are replacing assignments and roles

We’ve introduced a new, more structured way to manage projects: Statements of Work. These replace the previous “Assignments” and “Roles” model.

Each Statement of Work is organized into milestones, which clearly define what needs to be delivered and when. This milestone structure brings greater clarity to both the scope and the timing of a project, helping everyone stay aligned throughout the engagement.

📌 A more transparent application process

The application process has been upgraded to give professionals better visibility into where they stand. As you progress through a project application, you’ll now be informed at every stage—whether you’ve been longlisted, shortlisted, invited for an interview, or selected.

This added transparency helps you better understand how your application is progressing and what to expect next.

📌 A new overview: Introducing the My Activity page

One of the biggest usability improvements is the new My Activity page, which now serves as your homepage when you log into the platform.

This new overview gives you a clear snapshot of all your ongoing and completed Statements of Work, helping you stay organized and focused. You’ll be able to easily track the status of each SOW, view upcoming milestones, and access related documents or communication threads in one place.

Whether you're actively working on a project or looking back at completed work, the My Activity page gives you everything you need in a single, intuitive view—so you can spend less time navigating the platform and more time focusing on your projects.

📌 Contracts now handled directly on the platform

Contracting is now fully integrated into the platform, eliminating the need to manage documents externally. You can review and sign Statements of Work and Agreements of Assignment directly from your dashboard.

This change simplifies the process, reduces delays, and ensures that all contract steps are properly recorded in one place.

📌 New payment structure, no platform fees

We’ve updated our payment process. We are no longer using Stripe to handle payouts, which means professionals no longer choose a custom payout timeline.

Instead, payments are automatically processed 30 days after the invoice date, and there are no platform fees applied when receiving your payout. This new system offers a consistent, predictable payout cycle that benefits all professionals on the platform.

📌 Please update your billing details

To ensure smooth and timely payouts—and to remain compliant with EU financial regulations—all professionals are required to resubmit their billing information, including a valid Chamber of Commerce ID.

This step is mandatory before applying for any new Statements of Work. Keeping your billing details up to date not only ensures you’ll be paid without delays but also helps us meet important legal and financial obligations.
