How can I sign up as a client with blackbear?

Upon purchasing a license and signing a contract, our team will create a company account for you and send an invitation to join blackbear. You will receive an email invitation in your inbox. You will not be able to sign up as a client unless you have been invited by our team.
If you're curious to explore our platform, you can always sign up as a professional and have a look around. It only takes a few minutes.
How do I get work done with blackbear as a client?

Upon purchasing a license, you will gain access to your dedicated company space, efficiently managed with support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager and a Project Consultant for each project.
Start by swiftly adding your capacity needs within minutes or effortlessly create and post a job on our platform. Alternatively, let our team handle it for you. We will then match you with hand-picked professionals, allowing you to choose the best person for the job and kick off the delivery. You will have the flexibility to collaborate with professionals on an hourly rate or based on a maximum budget per deliverable.
How does the rating system work on assignments?

We use a blind rating system to ensure fairness and impartiality. Ratings are only revealed once both parties have submitted their feedback. Therefore, clients will only see the rating received from professionals after providing their own feedback. Similarly, professionals will only see the client rating once they've provided their feedback.
