You get 3 (Team) or 6 (Business and Enterprise) months to test out our solution, without any commitments. We get you set up on our platform and do a first round of assignments, for you to find out if blackbear works for your team. If it doesn’t, we’ll just part ways.
Payout to the professional is triggered as soon as you’ve rated the deliverable you have received. The professional can then choose to be paid out directly or after 30 days.
We charge a subscription fee for access to our platform and workspace(s), access to our network of professionals, as well as supporting services, such as quarterly capacity analyses and custom onboarding and workshops for you and your team.
The transaction fee covers the support we offer on every assignment, role or project do together (e.g. with briefing, sourcing, administration and quality assurance).
