The customer rates your deliverable and you rate how you experienced your collaboration. That’s how we ensure fair working conditions.
You get paid once the customer has rated your deliverable. Your payment is based on the rating you’ve received.
Blackbear is especially awesome for people who want to try out different types of work for companies in different sectors. You get to put your skills to practice and collaborate with stakeholders on a wide variety of cool projects.
At this point blackbear is openly available to professionals in Europe, with some exceptions for “invited” professionals. Feel free to send us a message to ask about availability in your country.
Our platform is open-ended. You can activate and delete your account whenever you like. We do require professionals to finish their assignments according to the agreed deadline. Deadlines vary per assignment and are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
After you’ve submitted your deliverable, the assignment owner will evaluate it based on a 1 to 5-star rating. Once they’ve rated your deliverable, you will be paid based on that rating.
If you receive all 5 stars, you will receive 100% of the amount to be earned.
If you receive 4.5 stars, you will receive 90% of the amount to be earned and so on.
Once your profile is verified you can start looking for a suitable assignment. When you have found one you like, you can apply and submit a proposal.
In your proposal you should answer the following questions:
Why are you the most suitable person to participate in the assignment?
What are your first ideas regarding the assignment?
After sending your proposal, your profile and proposal will be reviewed by our team and the assignment owner.
All applicants will be notified if they are selected or rejected.
Assignment owners get 10 days to rate the assignment after delivery of completed work. If they fail to rate within 10 days, a 5-star rating is automatically applied. After that, you have the option to choose between instant payout (at a cost of 3,5%) or standard payout (free of charge).
