BLACKBEAR® makes every effort to treat privacy-sensitive information confidentially and will only use the information for the purposes described in the terms of use. By using the services on this website, you accept the processing of the personal data entered by you and thus provided by you.

BLACKBEAR® reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy if changes in our policy, business operations, law or jurisprudence give cause to do so.

BLACKBEAR® uses cookies to analyse the use of the website and thereby improve the user-friendliness. Personal data

In order to use the services on this website, it is necessary that BLACKBEAR® obtains certain personal data from the users. The requested data from the user are necessary data for the purposes described in the conditions of use.

The purpose of concluding an agreement with BLACKBEAR® is to offer an online platform in which personal development and matching (recruitment) services are central. By filling in general and specific personal data, the candidate can present him/herself to interested corporations within the BLACKBEAR® platform in order to achieve a match with a corporate.

Personal data will never be processed without permission for purposes other than those for which they were collected and processed. BLACKBEAR® takes all possible measures to ensure the accuracy, and in case of inaccuracies rectification, of provided personal data.

Subscription for the newsletter

Registration for the newsletter is required. Unless required by law, BLACKBEAR® will not provide this information to third parties.

Delete or change account

Because we prefer to keep our archives and databases as accurate and up-to-date as possible, it is always possible to change data or delete the entire account. This can be done by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address below.

Data storage period

The personal data of the user is stored as long as the subscription or the license is used. When the user cancels the subscription or the license, the personal data, which is no longer relevant, is removed.

The data provided, such as education and work experience, are only stored anonymously so that they can be used for statistical research by BLACKBEAR®. These data are no longer personal data, because they can no longer be traced back to a person. In addition, we store the data that is necessary to show that there has been an agreement in the past.

User rights

The user has the right at any time to submit a request to BLACKBEAR® to inspect, correct or delete the personal data or limit the processing thereof.

An objection may be made to the processing of the data by BLACKBEAR®. This objection can be submitted by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address below. If an objection is made, BLACKBEAR® will immediately stop further processing of the personal data in question after assessing the reasonableness of the objection.

Finally, BLACKBEAR® assigns the user the right to data transferability, the right to obtain personal data in a structured and current form without any hindrance by BLACKBEAR®. This data can be transferred independently to another party. If it is technically possible, this data can also be transferred by BLACKBEAR®. BLACKBEAR® can never transfer personal data if the identity of the applicant cannot be established.
